Making modifications to your home

Making exterior modifications to your home, including but not limited to fences, sheds, fire pits and decks, requires approval from the Board of Directors. To receive approval for your project please review the following materials on our website:

• Architectural Aesthetics Policy

• Architectural Controls Guidelines Matrix

• Rules and Regulations

• Modification Form

Please complete the Modification Form and email it, along with any supporting documents to rosewindhoa@gmail.com. You can also mail forms to the Board of Directors at the address below. When all the necessary documentation has been received the Board will respond with a decision within 3 business days.
