Letter from the Board of Directors

Post date: Dec 10, 2010 5:17:15 AM

Dear Neighbors,

The Rosewind 3 Board members would first like to wish you all a happy holiday season. We know this time of year can be busy and we appreciate you taking your time to read this letter. We would like to take this opportunity to mention a few things about our neighborhood. Please also see the next page for information regarding the Association Fee for 2011.

The Board would like to thank those of you that attended the Annual Meeting in October. We know that many of you were unable to make it due to schedule conflicts and we encourage you to visit this website for the latest information and updates. We greatly appreciated all comments and suggestions presented during the Annual Meeting and we urge you to share any further questions, concerns or suggestions with us through email (RosewindHOA@gmail.com). We will try to reply quickly.

Our primary goal as the Board of Directors is to provide the residents with a beautiful and safe place to live and raise a family. We are constantly working to protect your real estate investment by maintaining a clean, well-kept, and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood. Large projects such as the walking path have been made possible through years of saving and careful planning. The walking path will be completed in the Spring.

The holiday season, especially during difficult times, sees the highest rates of home invasion and theft. The Board would like to remind you of the following:

    • Houses should always be locked and garage doors should be closed when not in use. If you are going away for the holidays, we recommend that you purchase outlet timers that will turn lights on in alternating rooms to make it appear that someone is home

    • You should avoid placing boxes from high-ticket items such as flat-screen TVs at the curb for recycling pick-up. It is best to break these boxes down and take them to a recycling center for disposal. The Ypsilanti Twp. Compost Site accepts all curbside recyclables and is located at 2600 E. Clark Rd. (Open Sat. 9-4, December-March)

Winter will be upon us soon. When we have snowfall, please be sure to park in your driveways. The township snowplows cannot effectively remove snow if cars are blocking their progress.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Respectfully yours,

Rosewind 3 Board of Directors

Steven Wade - President

Cameron Watts - Vice President

Dane Lembrick - Treasurer

Elizabeth Habrecht - Secretary

Mike Olivero - Member at Large
