Rosewind Homeowners Association - Phase 3
Welcome to the neighborhood!
Rosewind is a community made up over 260 single family homes located in the farm country of southern Ypsilanti Township. The subdivision was constructed in 2001 by Crosswinds Development Company, and was originally named the Greenfields Subdivision. The neighborhood consists of bi-level, colonial, and ranch-style homes ranging from 986 to 2,772 square feet. It boasts excellent proximity to major freeways, and is less than 15 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor.
The subdivision was built in three phases, with each phase governed by its own homeowners association. This site is managed by Phase 3 of the Rosewind Homeowners Association. Click any one of the images below for more information.
